The check-in was very busy. They were two significant events. My room was amazing. The location was great, near the mall. The parking was crazy. It was a couple of dead ends, and you had to turn around, which was not easy.

Huge room. Quiet. Underground tunnel. Variety of restaurants nearby. Excellent convention site. Convenient to airport.

I liked the convention I was there for, does that count? I liked being able to go up to my room when I felt a panic attack coming on while at said convention. But honestly, the hotel room itself was mediocre.

Rooms were bright, spacious, immaculate and comfortable. Despite being very close to the airport, air traffic could not be heard. The location is perfect - with easy access to the Metro station and shops directly below the hotel.

Room was clean and well kept. TV was big and had Netflix. The lobby was awesome and the marketplace self checkout is a big step up. They had a laundry room which was awesome. Love the breakfast buffet.

The staff at desk were super helpful. The place looked and was so clean. No bugs. Others I have seen them. Nothing was touched. The bed size king was amazing. The food in restaurant was good. Nice experience.

The hotel is amazing. From check in to check out everything was good. The rooms are clean. They cleaned my room daily and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night too
